Talent Days is one of the largest and most important events for students during the year. Since 2013, hundreds of young talents have found their first job here during each edition. However, Talent Days is not only a career event, but also a rapidly growing website that positions itself as a job board focused on junior-level job offers and a blog that has become a collection of advice on work-related issues

Challenge

Talent Days decided to expand its range of activities and came up with a slightly old-school idea: to build a blog that would serve as a knowledge base for young talents entering the world of careers. The previous solution was based on Wordpress using a default template, and user activity was practically non-existent

Result

We managed to achieve the goal we set for ourselves. We implemented a completely new product design, but most importantly, in the long term, we saw an increase in the number of visits and the time users spent on the site. A place that supports young talent has come to fruition
