Challenge

Together with the Pharmovit team, we faced an ambitious task. After the company celebrated its triumphs in B2B sales and production, the idea arose to try to develop retail sales. The existing online store existed separately from the company's website, so after several meetings, we decided to consolidate the two entities

Creating a new e-commerce design from scratch based on existing content that we drew from previous digital materials. In addition to UI and UX, synchronization with the warehouse system was an important aspect here

Range

Information architecture
Organizing the supplement offer by form, function, and product features (e.g. clean label, gluten-free).
UX wireframes and UI design
Creating layouts for the shop, product page, blog homepage and navigation – with a focus on readability and sales-supporting interfaces.

Result

In addition to consolidating the most important content, we achieved something that is of utmost importance for any e-commerce business. After implementing the new website, we observed an increase in visibility in browsers after a few months, which translated into higher retail sales of the company's products. Synchronization with the Subiekt GT system, on the other hand, facilitated the processing of new orders by the customer service department
